Problem
PRS is a leader in medical reimbursement information. PRS has a wide variety of technology needs from general system and network support to development of internal systems to acquisition and distribution of data. Rather than hire internal specialists in these areas, Denver Data Systems was contracted as outsource.
Solution
Denver Data Systems was initially solicited by PRS for the migration of an existing data oriented software product (AccuSource) to the Web. Phase one of this project has completed, resulting in the initial release of ProcedureInfo.com. AccuSource was a product based on Delphi. The new system utilizes Web based interfaces that are powered by the ColdFusion application server, Apache Web Server, and Oracle8i, all operating under Linux. Enhancements to the system are ongoing. Refer to http://www.procedureinfo.com. ProcedureInfo.com was the first product of it's kind to market, and has quickly become a nationally recognized name. Denver Data Systems has played a key role in this success.
