We are seeking a personable, highly motivated Business Development Executive who will help us increase our established market share in North America. Using your self-starter attitude, you will pursue new sales and marketing opportunities while maintaining our large client base. Ultimately, your goal will be to make the lives of current and prospective clients easier by finding the right web-based solution that works for them.

    A Day in the Life
  • Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as networking events, trade shows, LinkedIn, referrals, cold-calling and conferences
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers
  • Draft and deliver sales contracts/proposals
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales, to continual account maintenance
  • Achieve sales targets, report on sales activity, provide accurate quarterly sales forecasting
  • Maintain relevant data on prospects, customers and opportunities within the company CRM

  • Stays familiar with and applies industry standard best practices
  • Solves problems strategically, using replicable industry best practices
  • Communicates and interacts with customers in a professional manner

  • 2 years demonstrated success in consultation/solution-based selling in a technical B2B environment
  • General understanding of web concepts, technology, and nomenclature
  • Experience using Pipedrive Sales CRM software a plus
  • Familiarity with the creative design process
  • Familiarity with basic software development processes/methodologies (such as Agile or Scrum)
  • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems such as Drupal and WordPress
